Horizon Auto Logistics performs export services in Veracruz
Horizon Auto Logistics has since its start-up in July 2017 handled 21 000 cars for import in the port of Veracruz, Mexico. Now the company performs its first export service.
Over three days in March, Horizon Auto Logistics drove 21 trucks in a shuttle between an external yard and the Port of Veracruz, moving 1 000 cars to the quayside for export.
With precise planning and coordination by Horizon Auto Logistics, the majority of the cars stayed only one day or less in the port, before they were loaded on the vessel Höegh Yokohama for export.
Horizon Auto Logistics also performed the stevedore activities for this batch of vehicles and expect to handle between 100 000 and 200 000 autos in 2018.
